Delivery Information

All purchases are sent Royal Mail 2nd class within the UK. If you are local or happy to travel to our lovely corner of Argyll you are welcome to collect your purchases from the studio. Click collect for free at the checkout, email to arrange a pick up time and we will have everything ready for you to collect.

All items are packed using recycled materials often reclaimed from local businesses to lessen our environmental impact. Please reuse or pass on the packaging rather than putting it in landfill. Every effort is taken to pack your order as carefully as possible to ensure it arrives to you intact.

When your order arrives please inspect it and get in touch immediately if there is a problem. If any items arrive broken or damaged, you must declare this immediately and provide photographic evidence within 2 days so we can advise you. If your parcel gets lost in the post we can provide you with proof of posting and you should contact the Royal Mail online or the post office. Use their claim form to get your money back for your order.

International Delivery

If you would like to purchase from outside the UK, please get in touch via the contact form or email seadriftargyll@gmail.com so you can be provided with accurate postal costs. Orders will not be accepted through the website for deliveries outside UK so please get in touch directly to see if we can make this work for you.

Refunds

I very much hope you love your pottery purchase and don't need a refund so please make sure you actually want the item you are purchasing so we don't all need to faff around with refunds. Check the colour and size that is stated in the information so you have chosen correctly before purchasing. However, if a refund is required, let me know within 3 days of delivery.

All items for sale on the Sea Drift Pottery website are made by hand, at Sea Drift Pottery Studio in Argyll, Scotland. They are therefore completely individual and unique. Because of the nature of handmade work, items you purchase may vary slightly. Descriptions and approximate sizes are given for each item. All items on the website are subject to availability and at times there may be overlap with stock levels with purchases made at the studio shop. If this happens we will contact you immediately.

We are a very small pottery studio trying to do everything at once so please know that we will do our very best to get your order out to you as soon as we can.
