Each dish is individually decorated and each soap is handmade locally by Argyll Botany. It's a great combination!
Free postage applies to orders within the UK. If you are local or happy to travel to our lovely corner of Argyll you are welcome to collect your purchases. Just email to arrange a pick up time and we will have everything ready for you to collect. Due to Covid-19 restrictions and to avoid non essential travel, online orders are posted out once a week on Wednesdays. Please contact us if this is a problem. We hope to resume our usual service once restrictions are lifted.
Orders are sent to you using Royal Mail and Parcelforce 48 for larger orders. Please note that because the pottery studio is in a rural area the 48 hour promised delivery time of Parcelforce does not apply because they only collect parcels from here twice a week. They are however the most reliable service for us to use from our area.
All items are packed using recycled materials often reclaimed from local businesses to lessen our environmental impact. Please reuse or pass on the packaging rather than putting it in landfill. Every effort is taken to pack your order as carefully as possible to ensure it arrives to you intact.
When your order arrives please inspect it and get in touch immediately if there is a problem. If any items arrive broken or damaged, you must declare this immediately and provide photographic evidence within 2 days so we can advise you. If your parcel gets lost in the post we can provide you with proof of posting and you should contact the Royal Mail online or the post office. Use their claim form to get your money back for your order.
International P&P rates - £45.00 flat rate. All orders to be sent out with the UK will be delivered by Royal Mail's Parcelforce Worldwide or Global Priority couriers.
We apologise but at present we need to suspend sales to European countries while we sort out arrangements and paperwork required to post to our European neighbours. So sorry, hopefully this is temporary!
If you place an order and change your mind before the items have been posted then you may cancel and receive a refund. Please contact me as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.
All items for sale on the Sea Drift Pottery website are made by hand, at Sea Drift Pottery Studio in Argyll, Scotland. They are therefore completely individual and unique. Because of the nature of handmade work, items you purchase may vary slightly from the photograph or description given in terms of glaze colour and measurements. All items on the website are subject to availability.
We are a very small pottery studio trying to do everything at once so please know that we will do our very best to get your order out to you as soon as we can.
